I will never bring my dog back to this place. You guys do not listen, you guys cut the dogs. How you want to cut them. The last 2 cuts I have asked you guys not to cut my dog's main and you have done it. I brought my dog this morning at 8:30 and talked to Kimberly. She asked me what I wanted done on my dog. I said just a face in her, butt I come there and she gave my dog a full haircut when I did not want that. This is the third problem I've had with you guys. Not listening like I said you guys do what you guys want to do and not listen to the customers and this is not okay. And just cause you discount, the price does not make it right. You need to learn to listen to what customers want done to their dogs.

Kimberly did an absolutely amazing job cutting our golden retriever for our wedding. Kimberly handled our anxious pup with tender care and provided lots of love! We will definitely be coming back!

We are from out of town and needed our puppy to be groomed quickly. Robert and Kimberly were great with accommodating us on short notice and we could not be happier with our dog's cut. Best dog grooming in the Coulee Region!
