Just got home from my cat's (Ruth Janet) first vet visit since I adopted her a month ago. I am a very anxious cat dad lol so when I tell you that I am 100% comfortable and confident with Kimball Animal Hospital being the place for Ruth Janet's health and well-being, that is the highest compliment I can give. When we walked in, we were greeted Immeduately and were in our exam room within seconds. Paige and Reiley got all of our info, got all the basics from Ruth, etc... They listened with kindness and put up with my nervous cat dad ramblings. They were both amazing and Ruth was very comfortable with both of them. We started coming to Kimball a few years ago with our guinea pigs. We ended up moving to the vet with our other pets too. We recently found a kitten outside and they got us in the same morning. They’re always so accommodating and make you feel so welcome. Everyone truly seems happy to be there and to see you and your pets. Our pets feel so cared for and we also do too. We were there for a surgery this week and they were so sweet to our kitten. He loves to be held and they gave him so much love and snuggles. They also put a lot of care into each visit. You get in a room quickly and visits are efficient but not rushed. They gave such good care to our 17 year old cat with a lot of medical issues. I just want to thank Dr. Hillman and Dr. Cox for taking such good care of my babies tinker and Cooper. Thank you for being so thorough as we proceed forward for tinkers surgery. There were some things that were discovered through bloodwork that needed to be checked before her surgery. I’m happy to say that the blood results came back Good. There are a couple things that we are going to monitor going forward. Tinker has a growth on her back foot, she is having it removed, but we have to take one of her toes, which makes me very sad. But I have the utmost confidence that they will take good care of her. Thank you so much.

Dr Rivas & his staff are wonderful, kind and compassionate in the care of their patients and their families. They helped our Sadie until she passed last Friday. They were always willing & able to get us in right away. 🌈💔

Been taking my dogs here for many years. Our oldest has been seen hear for nearly 10 years now and Dr. Rivas is the only one who can see him- with special appointment needs. Our youngest has no trouble with her appointments and we remember Tony taking real good care of her post knee surgery!
