@ Marissa Sosa —- Checked on google reviews & I honestly didn’t really see anything negative about the ladies work aside from your post. Respectfully, did you even see it happen? If so why did you not say anything right then & there? (As I would imagine if her eye has to be removed, it should’ve been obvious upon arrival when you picked up your pup) & if not how would you know if only seeing it after the fact that it was this sharp instrument used to mess up your dogs eye caused by KiKi and not something else. I’m sorry to hear also but it’s imperative to have all the facts & not assumptions.

Kiki’s Pet Grooming is the best! My dog looks amazing every time and actually enjoys going. Friendly, professional, and they truly care about pets. Highly recommend!

PERMANENT EYE DAMAGE BY A SHARP INSTRUMENT AND NOW NEEDS HER ENTIRE EYE REMOVED!! If you love your fur babies please take them else where. My dogs eye was poked with a sharp instrument while being groomed by Kiki and now is required to have the entire eye removed. Kiki not once mentioned what she did to my dogs eye until I confronted her about it. I mentioned to her that I had taken my dog to the vet opthalmologist and the bill would be $2,000.00 to have her eye removed due to her negligence. I asked her to help me pay for half of the bill and she joked about paying me with fake money. This was very offensive to me as I treat my dogs like my babies. I have the texts to prove it! She also mentioned that she no longer does any grooming but yet still has her grooming business posted.....hmmm.

Kiki’s Dog Grooming service was spectacular in providing nail trimming for my small dog. The groomer excelled at keeping the dog calm and relaxed. Groomer easily clipped the claws. It was easy for groomer to grind the dog’s claws so dog was able to walk without that clicking noise. I was so totally satisfied with groomer’s expertise in dog grooming and cordial manner in reducing stress for owner and dog alike. So it was a win win experience for everyone. Thank you, So looking forward for my dog’s next grooming!!
