My 2 girls daisy and skye got into some food and right away i took them to keystone and was told to call poison control they told me daisy was fine and doesn’t need medical attention but skye needed to be checked out due to size and weight a few hours pass the nurses came and gave me updates and the front desk was amazing with communication too a couple hours pass by the dr comes saying skye needs fluids and anti nasuea meds. I was terrified at the beginning of this but the support i had made me less scared. thank you keystone for helping my girls thry are both so happy and doing do much better

I went back in 2024 for my Sick dog this office is an hour plus away from me, but they were the only one willing to see my dog after being denied every where else local to me due to him having parvo symptoms. Once I got there all the staff. There was super genuine, sweet and caring. Once they diagnosed my dog with parvo. They explained everything to me very thoroughly my options. I just wanted to come on here and say that. I truly appreciate the staff. Thanks to them. My pup is here Healthy and strong and beat parvo shortly after treating with you guys

Update: While we could not keep "Ozzy", we did connect with a local non-profit foster/rescue. Ozzy's foster kept him until he was healthy enough for a furever family! I've added an updated photo of him with his new mom. <3 We have visited Keystone several times over the years, needing services ranging from urgent medical attention for a stray pup to compassionate euthanasia for much older furry family members. Every time we are there, the medical team goes above and beyond to make our pets and even the humans in the family comfortable. They most recently helped a badly matted, flea-infested, urine-covered, abused and emaciated dog we picked up to rescue. The care they showed “Ozzy” was top notch, and this after we tried unsuccessfully to get help from two other organizations. Ozzy came ho

I took my kitten Cheeto in when he was only 6 days old with an infection in his left eye. The care was quick; in less than 2 minutes a doctor was examining Cheeto, draining his eye, explaining the situation, and prescribing antibiotics. A few days later they called to follow up and were very attentive. A few days after that, the antibiotic caused diarrhea, and with one call they had a medication ready that stopped the diarrhea immediately. I recommend this hospital; their care was very professional and the prices are affordable.

I had a very good experience at Keystone. Everyone was great. Most importantly I felt that they cared about my cat. She had emergency surgery and the doctor was very clear about everything along the way. She was thorough with her post op report to me and let me know the possible outcomes. The day after I picked my cat up, I had a follow up question and asked for someone to call me back. I was very impressed to get that callback. Days later I called into Ashley, the practice manager and she was very patient with me the multiple times I called asking for more explanation regarding the final bill. I was sleep deprived and so stressed that I just couldn’t wrap my head around the numbers but she took the time to explain it. From my personal experience, I’d recommend Keystone. I had a hefty bil
