Kentwood Veterinary Clinic

I took my 2 kittens to Kentwood Vet Clinic, they don’t stick to their quoted prices. I had a couple bad experiences with them regarding services that were supposed to be done while my cats were under anesthesia for their neutering. The staff does not seem organized and when I had questions the vet sent the techs to talk to me. Overall disappointed, I gave them 3 chances and will not be back.

Dr Zylstra does a great job caring for our dogs. We had to bring our dog in for an emergency visit and he quickly diagnosed and treated our dog. The staff is very friendly!

I have 3 dogs. This place is overpriced but I stayed for the convenience. It is Thursday and I was hoping to get in on short notice on Friday (dog has a recurring ear infection and was in a great deal of discomfort). The Girl (who is new) says "Yes, we have open slots in the AM but you will have to call in the morning to get one" Huh? I am a regular client with 3 dogs and you won't make the appointment today? NO, you have to call back in the morning and she says "and I recommend calling RIGHT at 8 because they fill up quick! I am shocked, I say "Really, you will let me take my business somewhere else over this simple ask? "Yes sir, that is our policy" This is how you treat standing clients. I have literally spent thousands of dollars there....call back tomorrow and hope for the best? Sorry

We love Kentwood Vet Clinic! We had an emergency situation with our cat and they took great care of him. We had regular visits to check his progress while he was on a steroid and it was a right recipe to get him back into shape.

I have a puppy toy poodle, I've never had a dog before so I have nothing to compare them with, however they provided me with excellent service, and i did appreciatethe knowledge and friendliness of all staff!
