Reactive Referral Center

Rachael developed and helped us practice an individualized plan for each of my dogs (1 of whom is VERY nervous) to have a safe and predictable experience at the clinic. Dr. Paukette was so patient and relaxed with the he dogs (and me) and we were able to accomplish so much! What a great practice dedicated to the humane veterinary care of our west Michigan pets! The staff here is absolutely amazing, and Dr.Paukette is truly the best. I have never experienced such individualized care at a veterinary clinic. She actually took the time to read through my dog’s medical history. I was happily surprised that the pricing is the same (if not less) than VCA and another clinic in the area. It seems that those places were just hiding their fees differently. I also didn’t realize that they will see my other dog and cat who are not reactive so I’ll be bringing them here as well. Highly recommend!
