The staff is amazing and super friendly! The 24hr self groom bath machine is awesome! It has a pause feature to give you enough time to really scrub the shampoo in and be ready for the next bathing steps. It even has a really fun feature of selecting well known voice actors it talks the instructions in. We used the star trek Patrick Stewart one, was spot on and a good time. First image is before the wash then after. Our puppy is a huge Germanese and we were able to bath her within the allotted time no problem.

10/10. Both dogs shampooed, conditioned, plus a flea treatment & blow dried in under 25 minutes. Bathing two 120+ lbs dogs in a bathtub can take a toll on your back but this made it so much easier. We will definitely be coming back. Touch screen system is easy to use. They provide all the products you need and even towels. Bring a brush!

I’ve used this groomer for many years for three cocker spaniels. Amanda is not only an experienced groomer (about 10 years), but she also worked at the local vet office for years, giving her an understanding of skin issues, flea and tick control, ear infections, anal gland problems, animal behavior, etc. Amanda has a great working relationship with many vets and works with them to make sure her canine clients have their shots before coming to her shop, protecting the health of everyone’s pets. She puts health first and has high standards. The new facility is the best in the tri-state area. She has skimped at nothing!!

Took my 60lb lab for a bath in the self serve dog wash. Was easy to use, convenient, and inexpensive for the quality you get. Will definitely be using the 24/7 dog wash again.
