Sadly, we recently had to put our dog, Coco, to sleep, but KBVC was truly wonderful throughout the entire experience. In the weeks leading up to Coco’s passing, we had several emergency room visits, and every single time KBVC was amazing. From the staff to the veterinarians, everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. When the time finally came to say goodbye, they were understanding, supportive, and deeply compassionate. They recognized how difficult this was for us and did everything possible to make the experience as peaceful and comfortable as it could be. Thank you to everyone at KBVC for your kindness, empathy, and exceptional care during such a heartbreaking time.

Grateful for the VCA! Dr. Duffy is the best vet for my German Shepherd. VCA saved my dog’s life when his stomach flipped—their swift, life-saving care and ready records gave me my dog back. Knowing they’re 24/7 is a huge comfort. They’re also wonderful with my cat and have helped our office stray cat colony many times.

The staff were incredibly supportive, compassionate, and thorough during one of the hardest moments of our lives. After spending over five hours saying goodbye to our beloved cat, they remained patient, understanding, and never rushed us. Their kindness and empathy meant more to us than words can express. We accidentally gave our cat, Serena, a double dose of insulin on Sunday morning. Though her vet was closed, I called their office and was directed to Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way. She was taken in promptly upon arrival and treated quickly, her blood glucose was 40. Dr. Macdonald explained everything to me in a clear and compassionate way. I am beyond thankful she was the one to care for our cat. I was in complete distress walking into an emergency vet, and I have to mention Courtney at the front desk. She was quick to comfort me and offer support. Yesterday morning, August 14, 2025, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Max, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center. From the moment we arrived at the emergency department, every single person we encountered was compassionate, caring, and incredibly supportive during one of the hardest moments of our lives.
