Roberta is awesome! She takes her time with each dog and is very thorough. She also checks them over very carefully and reports any issues she may find to their parents. Whether it's something on their skin or maybe they favor one of their paws or even tilting their head like they may have an earache. She really goes above and beyond. She loves animals and it shows.

Very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to find a grooming in Starke. She returned my call and the conversation was very unprofessional and she was very short with me and I literally heard you get irritated because of me needing directions to your store. Remember I am from out of town as I had said. Lady I would NEVER bring my fur baby to you no matter how bad he needed to be groomed. Thanks for nothing, good luck with the rest of your day.

I'm so happy I found this place! My baby looks great!! The price was affordable and I couldn't be happier with the result. I could tell by how happy she was when I picked her up that we was well cared for. Roberta genuinely cares about each dog she grooms. We finally found our permanent groomer. She did such a wonderful job! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Roberta does the most beautiful grooming on our dogs, but best of all they absolutely Love her! They both get so excited when the see where they are! You know she treats them good when you see them act so excited to be there! Thank you Roberta, you are the very best! ❤️

Wow what a great experience. She did an amazing job on my Shih Tzu! He has a special leg cut and Roberta was able to duplicate it.
