I took my new puppy Sassie here for her first visit & shots. The entire staff was phenomenal. ❤️

💕🐓Took my chicken and saw Dr. Mike Ricker. I was very grateful that they were willing to see me just minutes before closing time and stayed late to make sure my sweet hen had the care she needed.at Thank you so much!🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓💕

After calling NINE vet clinics, nobody had an available appointment or were taking walk-ins or just didn’t answer. I found BUT BRANFORD PET CARE HOSPITAL which was an hour away and they didn’t turn me or my sick pup away! Although they had full availability, the polite and overall wonderful receptionist squeezed me in. Wait time was little to none and they took me right back to figure out what was wrong with my dachshund. Pricing was also reasonable! They called the next morning to check up on her and as of now, she’s doing great. :) Thank you to the Dr, Nurse and receptionist for saving my baby.

Love all the staff and Doctor. They treat my dog Tito so great and wonderful.

The vets & staff are superb. They're caring & knowledgeable & have always treated my animals like they would their own. They're taking good care of our new adopted pup Autumn & of course our Husky Misha.
