Kat Tails Pet Grooming

Brought my baby in to shave off his mats. Well when I picked him up he was 1/2 shaven and covered in Nick's all over his body. I came here bc it was highly recommend by someone else who owns a Himalayan cat. They told me they could redo his belly but I'd need to sign a waiver cause if his skin tore he could bleed to death!! So I'll be taking him to the vet here on out. Oh and they quoted me 50 and charged me65. Now I don't care about the 15 infact I would gladly have paid 200$ plus a tip had they done the job right. But my poor baby looks mutilated it's not even and cuts ALL over him.

Kat and her employees are so wonderful. They know and understand dogs' needs, and dogs' well-being and safety come first. My blind dog trusts them completely and they are very compassionate when his anxiety does come up. I love their down-to-earth vibe. Plenty of designer dogs there, but no snobbism from the owners or staff. My doggie comes home soft and oh so clean and oh so happy. I really, really appreciate Kat and her dog people. Great, caring, knowledgeable. Thank you guys!!!

Friendly, fair and skilled groomer. Took my F1 labradoodle there today for the first time and he looks great! I can tell he had a good time too. Will definitely be a regular here. Groomer did exactly what I asked for and she did it very well 💕

Kat and her team are puppy and kitty lovers. We take both our dog and our two cats to groom them and give them Teddy cuts. They do a great job with all of them, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Kat knows how to trim our dog's fur, he's an english cocker spaniel and she can negotiate her grooming skills with our skittish cats who have very long hair and they get fussy when not at home. TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK We had to put our dog down after he broke his leg while getting a haircut from Kat. Apparently he fell getting out of her tub. He had hip dysplasia and she knew that, he had been here before but we were not aware of the tub (it’s hidden out back and we would never have let him participate in that portion if we knew about it) She didn’t tell us he fell until we picked him up. She took the money for the haircut. He broke his femur and it would have been an $8,000 surgery to repair. He was 12 years old. She claimed to have insurance. It’s been over two months and she has done nothing but blame us for the fact our dog is no longer with us and the insurance she claimed to have, she does not. She has dragged us through enough.
