Karen's Fuzzi Friend's

We took our dog here twice, but unfortunately will not be returning. We overlooked the interior design and the smell the first time, but it does reflect on the business. On our second visit we asked that our dog be lightly trimmed, be bathed and have her nails clipped, it didn't go as we had expected. After arriving to pick her up we see that our dog's body, from ears to tail, was completely shaved. One entire paw (nails) and part of another was not clipped and the hair around her face was left long. Our dog is also acting weird, clingy and out of sorts. I will add that no one in my party was irate at any time, that's a completely inaccurate statement. Karen has been grooming my Son's 8lb Malchi for 7+ years and I'm furious at her haircut today. We got her home and when my Son took her out of her crate we were shocked! She had long hairs uncut on her belly and on the inside of her hind legs. She charges my Son $50 and I tipped her $10, worst money ever spent. We are livid because when I called and told her about it she said we sometimes get distracted and it happens. 😯 Are you serious? An 8lb dog doesn't have a whole bunch of hair to begin with and you got distracted and still charged full price??? It'll NEVER happen again because we won't be back. DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! called a week ago to make a appointment for my 2 goldendoodles specifically said they are 50 pounds!!!!!!! The lady said no problems they will be done 3 to 4 hours. Schedule the appointment which is for today. Walked in there they didn't even want to say good morning! Then tell me No we aren't doing your dogs! We don't do big dogs. REALLY! you wasted my time! I told you twice they were 50 pounds. NO SORRY or care in the world. Terrible business!. Shame on you. I'm glad I didn't give you my hard earned money. Don't go here! Actually would give 0 stars but wouldn't let me write the review!

She does such a great job! We can’t speak high enough of Karen. Our 5 year old labradoodle has been coming here for a year and has never looked better. Friendly staff and I have no complaints. Our dog looks great every time! I highly recommend Karen’s Fuzzy Friends.

I took my puppy in to get groomed. When I went to pick him up ,I was told he had a little bleed and they put something on it. I took him home and saw they broke his nail while clipping them. He was in so much pain .He had to have surgery. They removed the nail, reconstructed it and put it back on. I will never go there again!
