Parrotzville is like heaven on earth for bird lovers; but it’s not just the birds that have an abundance of love to share. The staff & owner had me in tears of joy regarding their knowledge & eagerness to help me! Not only did I purchase a little 5 month old Lovebird Parrot… I became a Parrotzville member with benefits. In also certain, my little one will be in good hands when it’s time to board him on holiday. Thank you Parrotzville. My happiness appreciates you. If you love nature & have a heart to donate, please do. Their work is amazing & priceless.

Absolutely love this place. They help so many birds and give the best care to my birdies while we are away. I would not go anywhere else to either board my birds or to get a new bird. Anyone thinking of getting a bird should stop here first. The workers are all kind and really care for the birds.

This is truly the ONLY place that CARES with Quality, Safety and Comfort. Since Birds are their only client, Birds are treated like their own FAMILY! I admit I tried that place down the street, and it wasn't worth the dog, cat, bird, any pet issues. At PARROTZVILLE, Birds, are their only client, and that's a value I appreciate. Boarding, grooming or the occasional vet on premises is fantastic! Thank you Parrotzville, you're worth my 45 minute drive.

I found this rescue last year. My son and I decided we were ready for a bird after the loss of our cockatiel. We settled on wanting a cockatoo. We visited Parrotzville, and we're immersed with all the different types of parrots. We also learned that this isn't a stop and shop store. We were guided by the staff to interact with all the birds and see if we felt a connection to any bird that we wanted to try to bond with. It was then we realized this wasn't a one day deal. We got to know all the wonderful birds in the store. Some will live there forever, some are up for adoption, and some are being boarded for a duration of time. We spent a day every weekend for several months trying to find the right fit. The staff was always welcoming and informative as we went about this journey. I quickly

I found this gem on accident and could not be more thankful!!! I went in wanting a cockatoo but left with so much more!!! I had so many questions and Ann took her time ( literally every single time I came in) to answer all of my questions and to guide me in the right direction! I did not get a cockatoo, however I did adopt a Green Cheek Conure and could not be happier!!!! I made several visits and spent time bonding with “Cuddles”. All of the staff I talked to was full of information and eager to help with any questions I had. This rescue truly cares about the birds they have in their care. I will be using Parrotzville for all my boarding needs when I do take a vacation!!! Cuddles and my Chicky Nug will be in this summer for some grooming ❤️ Thank you Parrotzville staff for everything!
