Best vet ever. Shes polite and understanding. Also dosnt force services on ya and fairly priced. Dont think ill go any place else again.

Receptionist was incredibly rude over the phone and seems to think her time is more important than the pets and owners she is being paid to accommodate. First impressions are important and I will be adamantly preaching to everyone I know to NEVER take their pets to this location, as they probably won’t care for your pet adequately based on how poorly she behaved just because she had to answer a phone call. Pitiful.

My daughter and her family rushed their dog there after he was involved in a dog fight. They requested $250 deposit and then said they were simply going to observe him for a few hours. We made the decision to take him to OSU veterinarian and he was immediately rushed in by the staff as he was barely holding on to his life. KANTZER IS THE WORST VET I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They will never get our business again!

I Love Dr.Randy and staff! They have been extremely helpful and supportive since we started going to them 11yrs ago. They are truly amazing
