If you could give negative stars I would. A disgrace to the profession and takes advantage of the pet owners that need help and care about their pets like family. Wouldn't see me for an emergency for my pet because it was an exotic animal. Since when does an owner's love for their pet get scaled of importance by the type of animal. Then they wanted me to to pay $300 up front to see my pet after making me wait all night to call at 7:30am. Not to be seen, to schedule an appointment. I called Yancey's and was taken in immediately. After being my pet being seen and treatment the total cost of the visit was $70. I wouldn't recommend this place for a roach...you guy's are a scam and a joke. Sad and despicable.
Awesome vet takes care of my pets as if they were their own. Had to board my dog for a trip very affordable and they took great care of my dog
