Dr Patti explains really well. Her team pulled out all the stops to get my cat relief and guided me step by step to understanding that euthanasia was the necessary thing. They were so skillful but also loving with my cat, and kind and understanding with me.

Where do I even begin with this amazing team?! They have been taking care of my dog for years now and I am so grateful for their thorough care. Dr. Patti has gone above and beyond many times and Dr. Ballard and Dr. Weber have helped through dentals and many other appointments. The front office team is so organized. Kayla is always two steps ahead with billing, and thinking outside the box with diagnosis. She is such a huge asset to the team. Amy and Ethan have helped with so many appointments and with creative scheduling when needed and are both so friendly. I wish I remembered more of the vet tech’s names because they’re all incredible and my dog is never fearful when seeing them. What a gift to find such excellent animal care in a small town! Absolutely trust this vet for your pet’s care

They took good care of Pebbles. Pebbles can be a difficult patient, but she was very cooperative on this visit. The vet was thorough and asked many questions. I liked that she told me ahead of time how much each procedure would cost and then asked me if I would like to proceed from there. I was sent home with two meds for Pebbles and was informed clearly on how to administer them. Clear instructions were given on Pebbles after care. I felt that I received quality service. Pebbles is feeling better and back to herself. I would recommend this vet and their quality care team to others.

I'm really impressed at the level of care and quality work they did on my dog. He had a hematoma in his left ear. The vet did an amazing job retaining the structure of his ear. Last year my dog had the same thing on his other ear but we weren't as lucky to have been in this town so I can tell a huge difference between the 2 experiences. Ironically, I just moved here days ago for my dogs to have a better life and have access to resources. It's unfortunate my dog immediately needed a vet visit upon moving here but it definitely confirms we made the right choice moving here and are super grateful to be around a quality vet! I seriously didn't expect to see how ear still perking up a bunch. His ears have always been my favorite to stare at when he's listening to things all around him. ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Ballard and his entire staff are fenominal. Animals of ours big or small are always on safe hands when at his facility with any member of his team. On call services are amazing as well if any of our horses do anything clumsy Ballards team comes to save the day! Definitely recommend anyone with animals take them to KVH!
