K9rundown Dog Training

Chase is amazing! I have 2 Aussies who were out of control. Two weeks with Chase and they are different pups! Chase always makes the time to answer my questions and show me how to be a better dog parent. I will never board or train with anyone else. When my girls are with Chase I know they are safe and well cared for. I would recommend K9rundown to anyone who needs a trainer who knows his stuff and gives you the one on one attention needed for a well behaved pup.

Chase charged me $200 to come to my house and give me bad advice. I have a 12 week old doberman with a typical puppy biting/nipping issue. Chase advised to grab her by the snout and shut her down, show her who the boss is. Her biting got harder and more intense. Since, I have consulted another trainer who said you never do that to a doberman, it only encourages a fight. He also suggested a choke lead, which is harmful to a young pups throat. $200 for 20 minutes of bad advice. Chase responded to this post saying he never did a lesson, that is true. He came and charged $200 for a evaluation of a puppy and gave me advice on the nipping and leash walking. Chase, genuinely loves dogs. He was very quick to evaluate both our dog’s issues and formulate a plan to teach us how to address them. Both our dogs overcame some behavioral issues, He provided us with great instructions and tools to help our dogs. I remember it only took a week for my dog to stop pulling, nibbling and jumping to greet you. Chase, was able to do this with completely positive reinforcement, which was very important to us. He is knowledgeable, professional, a great communicator, pleasant and a hard worker. No one better to trust with any type of dog. I highly recommend him!!!

Our pup, Makai, recently completed Chase’s two week board and train program. Throughout the two weeks Chase kept us updated with daily videos, pictures and texts of Makai's progress. It is evident Chase truly cares for the dogs he trains, and we were so grateful to know Makai was loved while she was away from home. All of our behavior issues with Makai were resolved by the end of her training and she came back to us a completely different dog (in a good way!). When we picked Makai up on the last day, Chase spent nearly two hours explaining how to best continue Makai's progress and training. He went above and beyond training all three of us and we could not be happier with the result. We are so thankful for this experience and look forward to working with him again!

Chase did a great job with my black lab/Great Dane 8 month old puppy! I now have better control of Brutus and we can both enjoy walks now. Chase was super professional and has open communication. I’ll be taking my two year old dog there next!
