Took our little rescue Maggie there Saturday 11/14/25 for her first time. We are looking for a permanent groomer after our regular moved on. We tried a groomer before this and it was a catastrophic mess. Her hair was so many lengths, completely shaved her muzzle. This little half Maltese and Pekinese (peek a tees) is a 6 lb fluffy little black eyed cutey. K and k did a fabulous job with her. They did exactly what I ask, completely fixed all the previous mis haps. She looked great. We will be back often. 5 stars. Great job

I brought two chihuahua's there. One behaves and one doesn't and they were so patient and gentle. They also did an excellent job for the second time in a row. Both times impressed.

November 2023. I used K &K pet grooming on Wrightsville avenue in Wilmington, North Carolina for multiple years. When it was owned by the sisters. They were the best groomers and best value in town. After a break for a few years, I got another dog and went back to try to use K&K. We set up an appointment for a Monday and was told that drop off was from 8:00 to 9:00. I arrived at 8:10 and found the door locked and no one there. I remained there for another 15 minutes. Upon checking online it stated they were closed on Mondays. I returned the next day, on Tuesday, at 8:10 and was told I had missed my appointment. It was on Monday. I told them I came and no one was there. The girl said oh sorry I was running late. It was so hard to find a groomer who is taking new clients let alone one who does cats. My baby Loki is just 3 months old but needed a bath as his dander was affecting my sinuses as well as my roommates. They fit me in the next day and did such a good job! He smells so good and they weren’t overpriced. I would highly recommend!

K & K grooming is a “mom and Pop” shop and they are absolutely fantastic! No bells or whistles, but they get down the business and know what they’re doing. I’ve been going there for over five years and never be happier.
