K-9 Expressions

I have been taking my little popcorn to Kaitlin for 5 years and have always had a great experience. Her cuts have always been consistent and to my liking. My doggy comes home so fluffy and so soft and smelling fresh! She always looks so happy and has a "look at me" attitude when I pick her up. I've used different groomers in the area and other states I've lived and the prices have always been fair compared. I wouldn't take my dog any where else.

I can’t say enough good things about Kaitlin! She takes such amazing care of my dog, Alpha, and always makes him look sharp and clean. I love the special touch of the little handkerchief she puts on him after each appointment , makes him look so dapper. What I appreciate most is that she’s not only fantastic at grooming, but also so flexible and reliable. It gives me such peace of mind knowing Alpha is in kind and capable hands. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with, and that makes all the difference. I’m so grateful we found her — I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Alpha!

I hate to be doing this but unfortunately due to the circumstances I have been left no choice. I have been bringing my dogs to Kaitlin for over 2 years and in October of 2023 I started bringing my new puppy as well. Things were going great until her 3rd appointment in February of 2024 when 2-3 days later she developed an extremely painful deep seeded post groom infection called post groom furunculosis (pseudomonas aeruginosa). The pain was so severe we thought for sure she had a back injury because she would barely walk. After 2 sedated appointments we finally found the cause when she started bleeding from multiple spots on her back. We started her on an NSAID, 2 pain/sedatives, and 4 weeks of antibiotics. Katie has done a great job with my mother's dog. She is very efficient on grooming and communication is great letting me know when Ely is ready to be picked up. My mom's dog has alot of energy so most groomers have suggested giving her something to calm her down before bring her in. But, Katie has never had an issue with her while grooming. So I really appreciate her giving her the patience and being able to do a full grooming on Ely.

Kaitlin did amazing!! She made my little Willow girl look like the cutest teddy bear! 🧸 (golden doodle) I would recommend her for your pets needs! She is so great to work with and did NOT disappoint! 🤍
