Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff. They have a great variety of quality and ethically sourced birds, and they prioritize spending time socializing and making sure their birds get full engagement. Love visiting even just to hang out and see what's new! They also have an employee named Chris that has dreamy eyes and a great butt.

The gentleman in here was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me more about my Byrd in 15 minutes and then I knew in the last two years. He showed me several different birdseed’s. That showed me the one he thought I should purchase and it was not even close to being the most expensive one so I appreciated that as well. I will definitely be going back

This shop is not a place I would recommend getting your birds from. The day I went, the cages were a mess, all of them had dowels which are horrible for a birds feet even if they are selling quickly, many of the birds appeared to have been plucking from maybe stress or lack of enrichment as none of the cages had many toys or perches. The guy that was there did not seem to be enjoying being there and overall it was not a good experience for me personally.

The best customer service. They answered all my questions. I never felt like they were trying to sell me their parrots. I had a wonderful experience and they were personable.

I got my baby green cheek conure here. She is the best! And I have messaged the shop a few times with questions and they are quick to get back to me. All of the birds in the shop seem well cared for. I can tell my conure “Lucy” was hand raised. She has been a cuddly sweetheart since the day I got her. This place is great. Not like a chain store. They care about their birds. I will have Lucy for the next 30 years. I’m so excited to spend that time with her. This is a family owned place. I drove from Oklahoma to see this shop. I could not be happier with my new friend. They know their stuff and they couldn’t be more friendly!
