Unprofessional & unapologetic. Waited a week to have my dog groomed. Took him in at 10am as requested and received a call at 2pm telling me they were not grooming him because he showed signs of aggression. I suppose I'd be a bit aggressive also had I been locked in a 2×4 cage for 4 hours!! I had to reschedule my afternoon at work!! No apology was offered for such a HUGE inconvenience!
Dont seem to fully know what there doing and act like they care about your animals but they don't
Talented Employees!! Wonderful Atmosphere!!
This place is closed....been closed for over a year.
