Julington Creek Animal Walk

Finally have time to give our friends at JCAW a huge shout out and thank you! We were going out of town a couple of weeks before Christmas and I honestly thought I had made a reservation for boarding. Well during a very busy time I must have only THOUGHT I made a reservation (6 days). When I arrived with my pooch and no reservation the staff was so patient and found room for him. Crisis averted! I have used both JCAW and JCAH for 2 dogs and they are great! Highly recommend.

Everyone is so friendly. The reception area and the front looked very clean and well maintained. The check in was super good and our boy was remembered by all staff despite not having him there since august of 2021 😊 The staff were real nice and courteous! They all said good morning when walking by while we were checking in and they just seems to enjoy themselves with the pops!

Our dog came back happy and eager to go again to the boarding side. The vets are kind and effective.

I took a long time to write this review and debated whether or not I even wanted to at the risk of sounding like "that mom." I signed up two of my dogs for daycare and received absolutely no confirmation and no one contacted me to confirm or deny. Eventually, I had to reach out for ANY information. After confirming, I dropped my lab off (her name is Riley, about a year old). Upon drop-off, I received zero information on what to expect, the potential of getting any update during the day, etc. After work I went to pick her up and again had to ask for any sort of update. The person at the front desk told me there were no notes which means she probably did fine. We love this daycare and boarding, and our dog loves it even more. The caregivers are great. We started out needing a puppy daycare, but we still drop our dog off 3 years later! He gets all his energy out and has lots of friends- both dog and human. We leave him here for boarding and get his grooming here too. Great place we are lucky to have found!
