Julia's Jungle Dog & Cat Board

I adopted a dog from here. They told me everything checks out.. he was good and healthy... They lied! Now im dealing with a lot of vet bills.. cause he was not okay! Not only that I brought him back 2xs once to get groomed and the groomer made a mistake! They tried to say that my dog bit her.. when 1 she didn't want to come out and show the "bite" 2 they tried saying I made him aggressive because of the "bite" Yet once he started bleeding from his nail! They stopped saying that real quick! He looked so terrified.. it was sad. They tried accusing me for the fact that he supposedly "bit the groomer". It was their screw up! And there was no proof of the "bit" He cant even attack due to the fact that he had dental issues at the time that they DIDNT TELL US ABOUT! There were witnesses there.. p

Dropped in here today with no appointment hoping to schedule a future appointment for a nail trim on my new puppy and they told me "come on it!" The staff here was awesome. They were kind, compassionate, and you can tell that they actually care which is very rare in today's day in age. I told them my puppy didn't like having his nails trimmed as this had been a struggle for me in the past and they assured me that they would do everything they could to make it happen and to take great care of my pup. Fast forward, they did an excellent job. My puppy was happy with their trained staff, and it only cost me $9! Thank you so much for a job well done and being great to work with. I will definitely be back.

This grooming company is amazing. They treat your pets with care and did a great job grooming my grand dog Yorkie and my little girl who is many breeds! I was so pleased. Also, I might mention how everyone was friendly!! Thank you!!

Went in thinking I'd have to have multiple appointments, and pay for each visit like some places, but we went home the same day with our adorable fat boy Tucker! Spent a couple hours there with the kids and after looking at a couple different cats we fell in love Tucker! Only took a few days for him to get used to his new home but now he owns the place! Definitely would recommend to everyone! Amazing staff and very knowledgeable!!
