Unleashed Academy

I recently worked with Unleashed Academy for a foster I took on. Unbeknownst to me, the foster had some deeply rooted fear based reactivity and POOR manners coupled with a lack of respect or authority. I had truly thought he wouldn't be redeemable in a multi dog household after several fights between him and my personal dogs. As soon as we walked in, there were two other well trained dogs behind a gate and I immediately got anxious fearing the rescue would react. Much to my surprise he did not. It was like I had just seen a whole new dog as soon as the trainer entered the room! She was confident, respectful but stern, and immediately started correcting the fosters lack of boundaries or respect. He quickly caught on and was instantly a calmer and more respectful dog! We completed the puppy kindergarten course at Unleashed Academy, and having never done a formal dog training with prior animals, this was such an informative and amazing experience. Despite my chocolate lab not passing some of the “challenges” perfectly, Mary and her trainer were so supportive and the environment was very positive. Knowing that I will need to keep up with the tools they have provided me, I am now very confident in the training process! Thank you, and I recommend them for any new puppy owners.

Zoey attended board and train and the outcome was amazing. She has gone from a wild child constantly barking at the TV or anything that moves outside to a well mannered and well behaved dog. Thank you Unleashed Academy

We did the board and train for 2 weeks and Macie is a different dog now. We can come in whenever we need to get extra help for the rest of her life which sold us. She lays like this all day with busy toddlers and doesn’t bat an eye. Worth it x10!

We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience at Unleashed Academy. We brought in our 5 month old French Bulldog Koza to Puppy Kindergarten — and to be honest, we were doing everything “wrong” before we got there.
