Awesome products I have 2 coats via them that came from China. I don't like their business ethic when it comes to customer service. After 2 coats and the same experience. I wish them the best. I just refuse to deal with a business that has poor communication. No update on your order is given until you literally go off on them. The same vendors they use are all on Alibaba and they communicate with you thoroughly. I bought 3 coats from them and got them in 2 weeks. The last order with these guys here took 5 weeks. Yes it was Christmas time. I ordered Nov. 22 before Thanksgiving. Received my order 5 weeks later on December 29. After I had to reach out to them several times to no avail. If you like being treated like this go for it. This savvy consumer is moving on. You have been warned.

Places an order October 8 2025. Come to find out everything is made to order and the materials are dyed and shipped from overseas and assembled here in the US. Was issued a refund 5 days ago and still waiting for it to show up. Nice products but it's no telling when you'll actually receive your item.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A FUR FROM THEM! I purchased a fur for my wife and one for me (which was so-called customized. The first time I wore it, it split on both sides under the arms. When I reached out to them, they asked for pictures. I sent them pictures and no response. Then days later, I messaged them again and no response. I also called several times and no response. Then when I sent a message threatening to do a review, they asked me for a video. At this point, I had already gone to a got tailor shop and left it for repair (which is more money that I have to spend). Furthermore, they asked for pictures at first!🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. Recently bought a beautiful jacket from Juliano furs, and to say I am impressed would be an understatement. The exceptional quality of the craftsmanship and the ultra luxurious feel of the piece makes me feel like a million dollars whenever I try it on.
