Judy's Grooming

I have a havanese and two mini schnauzers, and have taken them all to Judy. Our older schnauzer we have taken to her for a while now, and have always loved how he looks when we pick him up. Our havenese and schnauzer puppy are no exception. Judy is talented, patient, and cares for our dogs very well. It's hard to find a good groomer you can constantly feel good about, and we have found that in Judy.

We have been going to Judy for the last 4 years. She does the best job at grooming our golden doodle. She runs a business with a purpose and clearly loves dogs. I respect that. The negative reviews about her attitude are comical. This woman loves dogs, loves her job and is straight to the point. If you can’t handle that or want special treatment, go somewhere else. If you want your dog cared for, groomed well through a consistent & reliable business, choose Judy! She’s friendly to us - so maybe it’s a personality thing.

We took our dogs to Judy, having to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment. Most groomers can get you in sooner, but for one reason or another, many of them don't pay attention to what you ask for, so we were looking for someone to take care of our animals the way (you'd hope) they take care of their own. After my wife dropped them off, Judy called me (instead of my wife, for some reason? even though my wife's phone number was the main one on the form, which Judy apologized for) and told me that our one dog weighed more than 20lbs, so there would be an up-charge of $10. I asked, "well how much does she actually weigh?" She said, we don't have a scale here.. (!?) I said, OK, let me call my wife and see what she wants to do. Been coming here for 3+ years now; Judy has provided some valuable advice on flea management. Be mindful that during the day, the shop can be quite noisy and she may have to disable her hearing aids to stay sane; she's amenable to texting and quite responsive!

Went to Judy for the first time to get my dogs nails trimmed she was super sweet and nice even though it was almost closing time on a Friday. I am super appreciative of the her service. Will definitely be going back.
