Disappointing actually. I walked in with my neighbor, and dog sitter extraordinaires dead kitteb in the truck. She was distraught and unable to hardly speak, so I stepped in to show SweetPea some dignity and help our friend. Someome had ran over her and never even stopped. She had been a vet tech for 43 yrs, her dad owned a vet hospital up north for decades. She literally lives for animals. However she is retired and on a fixed income. Time in hot Texas is not your friend with a deceased pet. I asked for a professional courtesy, if there was anything they could help with? Nope. They offered to send her to a group cremation where my friend couldn't even get SweetPeas ashes back. Now I understand policy. I understand saving money in business. I took my little fur gremlin to Paw Haven for vaccines and heartworm prevention, and as a first-timer, I showed up prepared… with questions. So. Many. Questions. I’m pretty sure I covered everything from “Is this normal?” to “But what if he thinks he has anxiety?” Dr. Faith and the entire team — techs and front desk included — were AMAZING. Kind, patient, informative, and never once made me feel like an over-the-top dog mom (even though… I absolutely am). They answered everything thoroughly and treated Chico like the royalty he believes he is. Also, shoutout to the other pups in the office who were suspiciously well-behaved. This clinic is amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire team is here! They are friendly, welcoming, caring, knowledgeable, and very thorough. When our favorite vet left, we started looking for a new clinic, and that’s how we discovered this gem. Honestly, we were first drawn in because it’s a shiny new building with modern facilities, reasonable costs (wellness exams are free!), and even discounts for people like military, first responders, seniors, and teachers. The only thing that made us hesitate was the 30-minute drive from home. But after our first visit, we knew we’d stick with them. You can just feel that everyone here genuinely loves animals. The clean, modern interior is nice, but it’s the kind and caring staff that really won us over. Sure, we’d prefer a clinic within about 10 minutes, maybe 15 tops, but for this level of care? We’ll happily make the 30-minute drive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. From start to finish, the care has been exceptional. Testing and analysis always come back incredibly quickly, which gives me so much peace of mind, and everything is explained clearly and thoughtfully. What truly sets this clinic apart, though, is the personalized care. Every visit feels tailored to my dogs—not rushed, not transactional. The team genuinely cares about my dogs as individuals, and it shows in every interaction. You can feel that the people here love what they do and truly love animals. Knowing my dogs are in the hands of such knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive professionals means everything to me. I’m so grateful to have found a clinic I trust completely.
