This flooring company is a complete nightmare. They talk a big game about “quality craftsmanship,” but what you actually get looks like it was done by someone who’s never touched a tool in their life. Crooked cuts, gaps between boards big enough to lose your keys in, and finishes that started peeling within weeks. The crew was sloppy, rude, and acted like they were doing me a favor by showing up late every day. Trash left behind, dust everywhere, and zero respect for my home. When I called to complain, management gave me the classic runaround — “We’ll look into it,” which really means “We’re never calling you back.” They’ll gladly take your money, leave you with a disaster of a floor, and then vanish like nothing happened. Save yourself the headache — you’d get a straighter floor letting
