Joyful Grooming

Renee and her team of heaven-sent groomers work absolute magic!!! My two dogs (Jack Russell-poodle mixes) are highly reactive and do not like being restricted for grooming (or the vet). We use Gabapentin to help calm them down before coming for a visit and then Renee works her miracles. I cannot even being to express how wonderful they are and how much they have worked with me to make my dogs comfortable for grooming. I highly recommend them! You won't find anyone better!!

I brought my dog in for his 4th groom with Joyful Grooming. He’s a little dog with big personality and can hardly ever sit still and doesn’t particularly like other dogs. When his usual groomer wasn’t available anymore, I found Joyful Grooming. Renee does a really great job working with Lucky and getting him groomed. However, when we went the last time, she accidentally cut his ear when he moved at the last second. She told me what happened, how she treated the cut and stopped the bleeding, and advised me on what to do once I got home with him. I was sympathetic because I know that accidents do happen and she seemed upset about it. I've been bringing Dudley to joyful grooming for years and have been very happy with the service. They run a professional business and are prompt, organized, communicative, caring and overall great with my dog. The shop is clean, they're friendly with interactions, and my dog seems very happy with them. He always looks and smells great and they let me know if they see anything unusual with him. I really like that they don't hold dogs longer than needed. My dog is seen immediately when I drop him off and doesn't wait around in a crate at all.
