Joan is absolutely the best! I have peace of mind knowing my cats are in reliable, loving hands when I’m away. Joan has been caring for my two cats since I adopted them over 10 years ago. She’s always been responsible, kind, and caring. When my mom passed away I needed to be away unexpectedly for several weeks, and Joan stepped in to take care of my kitties on very short notice - I’m beyond grateful. She responds to inquiries quickly, and posts pictures of both cats each time she visits! Joan is a true blessing.

Joan is a reliable professional. She took care of my cats many many times while I was living in New York. She developed a relationship with a couple of shy cats and I could always count on her. She gave me peace of mind when I couldn’t be there with my precious babies.

Joan is wonderful! She is very conscientious, caring and reliable. I left my elderly dog and 2 cats in her care for 10 days and didn't worry about them. She sent me pictures and video regularly and got my shyest cat to come out and play with her. She really loves animals. Anytime I have to go out of town, I'll be calling her to take care of my fur kids! Highly recommend!

I love Joan and more importantly my cat loved her too. She was always very fast to respond to emails or texts, made sure to tell me how my cat was doing, and always spent enough time with him to make sure he wasn't lonely.
