I was a customer here for a little over a year, but they have lost my business for good. Their pricing is great and they have done a fine job on haircuts for my mini golden-doodle. However, he has been hurt by a groomer here twice. In both cases they did not tell me when it happened. The first time was a small cut near where he was fixed. There wasn’t blood after the fact but there was a scab and it was a bit swollen. He also had some bad razor burn after that cut as well. The second instance was today. I picked my dog up, paid, and when we got to the car I saw fresh and dried blood caked in the end of his tail. I took a closer look and found a 2-3cm cut on the tip of his tail and it’s pretty deep. I immediately went back inside to confront them. They apologized, said they forgot to tell

Joanna's always does a great job grooming my Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle. Comparable pricing, ease of getting in and out, professional friendly staff, patient with different dog personalities. Great set up! Thank-you for making them look great every time!

Not sure why my first post didn’t submit earlier: I have taken my 2 pit bulls here multiple times starting in 2024. We have never had an issue with them being groomed here and these dogs have NEVER had an issue with being aggressive. This morning I had 2 appointments spaced an hour apart. I brought my male there first and things seemed off with the staff but I did not think much about it. When I came back to pick up the male and drop off the female; my male was on his leash by the front counter. He was then taken to the back room and then brought back to the front counter for no reason other than confusion and inexperience among staff. My male was aggravated/ stressed/ panicked when I got there. I was informed that my male had snipped at another dog. Said dog was on the table being groom

Joanna's Animal Grooming & Salon does exceptionally great and consistent grooming, as noted by my attached photos of my miniature Schnauzer and Schnoodle. I feel confident that my girls will come out looking great consistently. The prices are reasonable, the staff is always pleasant, but above everything both of my dogs love coming here!

Please be careful when you take your babies to get groomed. Courtney used to do a great job with my dog. Today it was someone named Callie/Kaley. Usually my dog is there for 3-4hrs. Today it was nowhere near that. The groomer cut my dog either with scissors or the clippers. I called and she said it could be from my dogs skin allergies. She has never had any issues or hot spots in the middle of her belly.
