Absolutely awesome, I took my cat Maggie because I had noticed what I thought were just some mild mats in her fur, but the mats were much, much worse than I knew! Devyn knew exactly how to handle Maggie and made her as comfortable as possible, which was awesome for as anxious as she gets. He couldn't get all of the mats/tufts out in one visit (because the bath had stressed out Maggie), and he took $20 off and had me come back a couple days later and finished grooming Maggie. And now her fur is super soft and mat-free!!

We recently took our golden retriever here for his first groom and it was an amazing experience! Our dog looks amazing and the customer service was top tier! We will definitely be back!

I brought Frankie in to see him for a schnauzer haircut, I asked him for a schnauzer haircut he delivered, and I told him that I had a time, constraint, and he delivered! Very nice young man! Did a wonderful job for me! I would refer him to anyone that wants a special cut for their dog Especially schnauzers!!!! Thank you, sir

Loki looks amazing and not only that but he left stress free. The knowledge on dogs is so evident here and having comfort knowing your dog is in good hands is something every dog parent wants! When I first arrived it was evident to me that I would become a reoccurring customer and coming back to pick up Loki set that in my mind even more! Thank you so much for making Loki feel at home and have a healthy coat!

My sweet baby boy is an old man about 13. He was groomed today at Pawpas. I was so impressed with the whole place. Such a caring groomer. She allowed time for him to rest in between when she felt he was tired. He looks beautiful. He looks like the regal retriever that he is! Thank you all so much for the great service!
