Jen's Dog Den

Jen is absolutely amazing! Our dog had the best time with her dog Pretzel and the other pups she was watching. She sent lots of updates and pictures throughout the day, which really put us at ease knowing our dog was in great hands. Jen is a fantastic communicator and super easy to coordinate with for scheduling. You can truly tell she loves dogs and cares for them like her own. I highly recommend trusting Jen with your fur babies!

My dog has the best time with his friends here! The vibe is great and he is happy and ready for a nap when I pick him up! I’m thankful I can drop him off knowing he is safe and having fun! Jen is fantastic! Easy to communicate with and she keeps me updated with pictures and videos throughout the day.

I had to go out of town unexpectedly and needed someone I could trust to watch my dog overnight—and I’m so glad I chose Jen! She was super punctual, clearly experienced, and treated my pup like it was her own. ❤️ You can tell Jen genuinely loves animals and really cares about their safety and comfort. Her home is in a great neighborhood with a beautiful and fully fenced yard, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I came to pick my dog up next day, she didn’t even wanna leave—she was too busy playing with Jen’s dogs! 🤣 Such a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🐾

So glad we found Jen! We were in town needed to run some errands. Grateful that Jen watched him several times. She kept us posted of his well being via pics and videos. Her communication was 5 stars. Our pup enjoyed being with her dogs in a friendly and calm environment. We can't wait to return.

I was in a pinch over a holiday weekend and couldn’t find any availability in my hometown to keep my dog, Hendrix. I started looking in Charlotte, found Jen on Google, and I’m so glad I did! Jen was super responsive, kind, and flexible. Even on short notice, she was happy to help me out. She clearly puts so much love and care into her business. After our first call, she sent over a detailed questionnaire to learn about Hendrix’s needs, which immediately made me feel at ease.
