I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jenn’z Petz Grooming! From start to finish, everything was amazing. The staff was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted and the results turned out even better than I imagined. Scheduling was super easy, prices were very fair, and they did absolutely everything they said they would. I also love that they sell locally made products in their shop. That’s such a nice touch and really shows they care about the community. Jenn was incredible with my dog. He’s usually a high-anxiety pup, but he felt so comfortable with her, which honestly shocked me (in the best way!). You can tell she truly loves what she does. Got my dog groomed here for the first time today. The front desk woman was extremely friendly and kind. The groomer came to take my dog and didn't even think to say hello or a word at all to us and just took my dog and went to the back. She was there for 3 hours and it looks like they barely touched her. I know its so hard to estimate what someone wants when its a dogs first time but we showed them photos of past grooms and tried our best to explain what we wanted. She is completely uneven specifically on her legs, ears, and belly. The first photo (in the car) was yesterday and the other photos from today right after her groom. The last photo was the photo we showed for inspiration. I feel like she looks barely touched or more so raggedy than before. They said she was easy to work with so

As a business that travels and works with customers in many different places, we’ve seen a lot and Jenn’z Petz Grooming truly stands out. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. The team was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about both their work and the animals in their care. They paid close attention to every detail, delivered exactly what we asked for (and more), and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The shop is welcoming, scheduling was simple, prices were fair, and we love that they feature locally made products. Jen is great! Not a lot of people are skilled at grooming Australian Shepherds but she does a GREAT job. I say “Let’s go see Jen”. He is to do that! My guy is 12 now and has hind end issues and she is very sensitive to his needs!! We’ve been going to her for years!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I brought my two bichon poodles in there the other day for the first time and I was so nervous to bring them anyways because of things that I’ve heard and one of my dogs is really really nervous around people I am so happy with the job that they did both of my dogs look amazing and they were both happy when they came home not scared or embarrassed or anything of the such. Thank you so much for doing such a great job I will definitely be back
