Jennas Pet Grooming

My dog love this place and so do I, Jenna and her crew are just wonderful people, very accommodating and easy to work with. I could never bring my dog anywhere else. The place is organized, clean and smell good. We love our bow 🎀 and nails painted 😄

We love taking both of our dogs to Jenna’s! She is so kind whenever we come in and always remembers our pups! She listens to our dogs needs and is very accommodating. You can really tell that she loves what she does. Thank you Jenna & team! ❤️ P.s. and she always takes cute photos of your dogs!

UPDATE: I STILL LOVE bringing my pup to Jenna!! Jenna and her team are ALWAYS at the top of their game! I have never had any complaints so make that appointment with Jenna ASAP!!!! I have been bringing my dog Daisy to Jenna for a while now, and I think the pictures speak for themselves! I have ALWAYS had an amazing experience at Jenna's Pet Grooming! It's so nice because they do not keep the dogs in kennels and that is so important to me (you have the option of holding your dog in a kennel if they are not actively grooming your pup, just let Jenna know 😊). Jenna is always very clear, concise, and loves to help with your pup in any way, shape, or form! She has another groomer that works with her that does exceptional work as well so no matter who grooms your fur baby YOU WILL BE BEYOND HAP

I highly recommend Jenna’s Pet Grooming. I have two goldendoodles and two Pomeranians, So we have a lot of experience with groomers. Jenna has groomed our dogs multiple times and every time they come back looking gorgeous. She clearly cares very much or the dogs she grooms and her customers based on the time she takes to understand what I want in a groom, or listening to me as I detail the special quirks of each pet. My dog’s always come out happy. I’m so grateful I found Jenna!!

I think they are a good groomer…so why 3 stars? I have a 20-pound rescue who is admittedly difficult. I brought her in for a visit at their request and they met with her and said okay. They did a great job. When I called back recently they didn’t even return my calls, just ignored me. My son called and they answered and refused to take her (and my other docile dog). She needs grooming and I can’t do it (my wife died and she was the only one at home who could groom her). She has this thick fur that needs groomed. It turned out for the best because I found a groomer in Tacoma who specializes in aggressive dogs. The Tacoma groomer was amazing, very friendly (even from the beginning Jenna’s was accepting, but not friendly), and set up her next appointment already. They recommended a set schedu
