⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **10/10 — Highly Recommend** We took our cat Lady to **Jefferson Animal Hospital** for a possible eye scratch from our other kitten. We’d only had Lady for about two months at the time, so we were honestly nervous about how she’d handle the visit. Our previous cat was *terrible* in public—loud, stressed, and reactive—so we were bracing ourselves. I was immediately pleasantly surprised when we walked into the cat care clinic side. It wasn’t a loud waiting room full of dogs and other animals. It was quiet, calm, and empty except for seating. One of the employees heard us come in and asked who we were bringing in, and when we told her Lady, she took us straight back to a small room. They let us open the carrier and allowed Lady to roam around after weighing her and checking her heart

I had concerns about my 88lb pitbull being aggressive during his visit. He had been very agitated with previous appointments, and was scheduled to receive vaccinations and a nail trim. They addressed my concerns, and limited the amount of people in the room with him to lessen his stress, as well as my own. The veterinarian had prescribed him a sedative, and he, by himself came in to care for my fur baby. They are amazing, and I highly recommend.👌

We recently had our small 19 year old baby put to sleep We also have a 2 year old Boxer/American Bulldog. When we took our Diesel in for his yearly exam he wasn’t having anything to do with the whole experience. After trying treats, peanut butter, and cheese still a no go. We had taken Diesel with us when we had Bear Bear put down so he could have some closure That worked very well, however we never thought about taking him back to the office less than two weeks after that visit. All of the staff including the doctor were absolutely amazing. They were so patient they worked with him for probably 20-30 minutes. At that point the doctor decided rescheduling might be the best option. We were very very impressed with the patience and understanding of the whole staff not once did they loose

Had a female corgi who just had a litter of pups. She developed what I thought was mastitis. Our old vet decided to go out of town for two months. Jefferson animal Hospital was welcoming and great. They saw us right away, were friendly and helpful. Getting our momma fixed up and back with her young family, feeling much better.

They took good care of the our cat who was with us for 14 years. Thank you for making it easier on my daughter. It was her dad's cat, and we lost him 3 years ago. She was very happy with way you handled our loss❤️
