I took my 2 yr old Shitzu rescue that I have had since January. Mind you he is very temperamental still even with me. He hates his face, paws and butt touched and will still attempt to bite my on occassion. I called and talked to Elizabeth and she assured me she would take time with him and let him get comfortable. We agreed with summer coming to give him a full cut and just trimming his ears and tail. I had my doubts but in a few hours she called for me to pick up Tucker. He looked so cute. Actually looked like a different dog. She took her time with him, which I so appreciate and a did a great job! I will definitely keep taking him there as I am sure as he gets more familiar with her, it will be easier on all of us. Her prices are great and we'll worth the price she charges and the littl

Absolutely the worst groom my westies have ever received. Clippers used on eyes, this is unacceptable. I've reached out multiple times with no response. Avoid this butcher shop at all costs!
