Isabella is such a sweetheart! Give this girly a raise!! She was super informative. Have such a comfy vibe and went through my picked items and helped me pick out raw hide vs not. Being I wanted to stick to a certain diet. She seemed happy to be there and actually wanted to talk to us as customers. Jefferson feed always has a variety. Love this store! Took a friend to check it out and brag on it. They loved it as well. Reasonable prices ! 10/10

Stopped in Veterans location today for the first time. I had a very unpleasant experience. I was not greeted upon entry although I spoke first. Staff is VERY unwelcoming. After the older Mrs Tingle with the clipboard made me very uncomfortable I couldn’t even shop like I wanted to.. why are you watching me???? I still made a purchase but I’ll never shop this location again.

They didn’t have the kind of leash I was looking for but they did have a large variety of items, the staff was super friendly/ helpful, and I found some of the things I needed for cheap. They gave me a few cat treats for free, very nice of them. Parking lot is a pain but this charming little store is worth it.

I purchased my Cockatiel around 2 weeks ago, the staff was friendly and informative. I was considering purchasing another in the near future.

The red store is set up very nice and a the store clerk and a customer was very helpful and I love their plants so I'll be visiting again very soon
