If you’re looking for a carpet and tile company that gives 10/10 customer service look no further than Jason’s Carpet and Tile. I bought a new construction home and wanted to upgrade the tile in the entire interior. A friend recommended JCT. They sent Eric to my house the next day. He came in with a plan, and helped me choose the most beautiful, and reasonably price tile on the market. Long story short. They came in, did their thing, and gave me my house back like nothing was ever out of place. I would most definitely recommend Eric and the team at JCT. They are the best on the Treasure Coast. I’d like to highlight the amazing service of Anna, who coordinated everything from storing my tile while I waiting for my home to be built, to the installation of the flooring. Anna showed exceptional customer service. They have done a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace flooring in their home or business. I absolutely love the floors in my new home!

I had tile installed in the den. I went to the sales office and I was happy that I was helped in picking out what I needed. The tile was ordered and I was notified when the tile came in. The installation was done a few days later and I am very happy with the job that was done. The service was excellent and I would definitely us Jason Carpet & Tile again.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Could not communicate between home builder, home owner and their own installer for a job on multiple days. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and continually changing stories of a job being 1 day to 2 days to then a 3 day job for a tile replacement or what days they were doing the work. THEN, when they say they can’t show up they say we’re not installing it but can give you the boxes. What a joke.

The laminate flooring they installed looks fantastic. All the staff I worked with were professional and friendly.
