Janet's Totally Pawesome Pet Service

I highly recommend Janet’s Totally Pawesome Pet Service. Janet is friendly, professional, and completely trustworthy. I started using Janet’s service a few years ago when I couldn’t be home during the day to feed and walk my dog Chewy, who did not like being left alone. It was very comforting to always receive a text from Janet telling me how Chewy was and how he did on his walk. On occasion my schedule would change and Janet was able to figure out a way to help me out. By chance, I happened to be home a few times when Janet arrived for her session. My only complaint was that Chewy seemed to be more excited to see Janet than me.

Janet has been cat-sitting for me since 2017 and she has been amazing. She always makes sure to follow my feeding instructions and even takes care of watering my plants. Last summer, I had a family emergency and to be in a different state for an unknown period. Janet was incredibly accommodating with that situation and I can’t thank her enough. I also appreciate the updates when I am away for a longer period of time. When my work location changed and I had to be away for more hours of the day I was nervous about finding someone that I could trust and feel confident would be able to meet the special needs of my rescue. Janet met with us and immediately allayed my worries in the way that she took time to learn about my dog and truly cares for her like she was her own. Janet is reliable, understanding, and flexible. She has come through in all kinds of weather and gone above and beyond for us in unexpected situations always sending a check-in text to let me know all is well. I know my dog is in good hands when I cannot be there and that makes all the difference! And my dog loves her!

Janet is amazing, dependable, and one of a kind. It's very rare to find someone you totally trust with your furry friends. But Janet is that person. She is always flexible my animals love her, I think they actually love her more than me! I would be lost without her. Thank you, Janet, for your excellent care. We love you.
