Jane & Company - A Dog Grooming Salon

My first time here thanks to a referral and I am absolutely 150% satisfied with my toy poodles haircut. I've been grooming them for the past 2 years and let's just say I am very particular about the haircuts esp their face! Joy listened carefully to my many specific requests for each dog and she nailed it! Today was my oldest dogs first time having his snout completely shaved down. They look like champion dogs and distinguished gentlemen lol. I'm on the schedule for my next visit and am fully satisfied with their haircuts and glad to relinquish the duty of grooming them. She also mentioned one of their nails broke off,(which I knew their nails were brittle) but I'm glad I didn't have to find out on my own. Overall she left great feedback about their appt. I'm so grateful to her for taking

I thought long and hard before writing this review and felt it would help others. Two things I won’t tolerate is a liar and disrespect. I scheduled an appt for my dogs for every 6 weeks. After I brought them in, I was called 5 minutes later and told to pick them up. When I explained I had an appt. Kim denied booking me and yelled at me to come get my dogs and hung up on me. Once I arrived she was emotional and I told her she needs to take a break as it was obvious she was stressed out. Another deception was a vet confirmed she burned my dog with the dryer after she said it was a rash. My other baby she cut her stomach with clippers. With no intention to ever return, I have since found a 5 star groomer for my fur babies who runs an honest, professional, organized business.

Our 3rd visit with her 1st big girl haircut. Her haircut was perfect! Mercedes is absolutely amazing when it’s comes to taking care of Queen. My dog doesn’t want to leave her. Our 2nd time here and they always take great care of Queen. Customer service is top notch. They genuinely enjoy what they do. My dog enjoys herself every time.

Best place to go to for dog grooming, Jane and Rebecca take good care of my two shih tzu babies. I took my babies to many groomers and no one compares to this place. They are quick, super friendly and cut their hair beautifully. They take their time in order for the dogs to create a genuine bond with them. I’m so glad I found Jane cause now I don’t know what I’ll do without her. I recommend this place anyone to come here if they are in search of a new groomer.

I have been taking my dog to them for years. My pet had an appointment with them, but when I get there, they siad they did not have an appointment for her. They said they are too busy and I should have made sure the appointment was entered. I think they have become too busy for their long term customers and older pets and want to be impressive for the new customers. They only want youmg small breed pets. They should only solicit business from those customers.
