There really is a Scottie in hidden in all that hair. So, very pleased with the grooming of my dad's "fiesty" Scottish Terrier. Stephanie took her time to work with the hot mess of hair and her experience and skill showed as she worked with the dog's difficult nature. Now that coat has cut back, I look forward to future sessions when she can grow and be shaped into fine Scottie form. 10/10 from the first honest assessment, to the scheduling process, to the contact and follow-up and mostly for bringing the beauty out of all that hair.

Ms. Stephanie is a GodSend! I left Braggy Bones with much more than a great smelling beautifully groomed puppy. I adopted my puppy on Saturday and took her to Braggy Bones Sunday. Ms. Stephanie knew right away Esie was training me and not me her. Ms.Stephanie offered me great advice. I’m on day 3 with my puppy and she now sleeps peacefully in her crate. I also took advantage of her son’s training services, Wolf Pack Kennels. I will forever be grateful and gladly recommend her services. Thank you Ms. Stephanie.

Poor customer service. Raw cuts, bleeding toenail, uneven groom. I will follow that by saying I’ve visited 2-3 times prior to this visit so I’m extremely disappointed with the outcome. I picked up my dog with his toenail bleeding. Owner says didn’t see him bleeding, because he didn’t whimper at all during the nail clipping and further blames him bleeding because I requested his nail be cut shorter. As a professional groomer, I trust your knowledge and expertise in grooming care. Not only should you know what is too short but pay more attention to the work. This I was not the only error. My dog has raw cuts on his belly. I wasn’t aware until I made it home. Again, as a client that once trusted your expertise, I was under the impression you would at least notify me that he was cut. Ms.Stephanie is amazing, kind and patient! My fur baby was a little wild being that it was his first cut but she was patient with him and even taught me some training tips from at home. I have definitely found a permanent grooming home for my little fur baby.
