I cannot say enough good things about Dr. J, Diana and the team. After going through several other vets without getting clear answers or real improvement, I was starting to feel frustrated and helpless. From the moment I met Dr. J, everything changed. Dr. J took the time to truly listen, thoroughly examine my pets, and explain everything in a way that made sense. They were incredibly patient, compassionate, and detail oriented. You can tell they genuinely care not just about treating symptoms, but about finding real solutions and improving quality of life. Even with chronic conditions. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my dogs and cat are finally doing better. I brought my cat Indigo in for a visit and immediately felt welcome. Dr. Showers, Sandy, and Misha not only provided excellent customer service, but listened to my concerns, answered questions, gave me a wealth of information, and most importantly treated my precious fur baby with love and care. They offered snacks in the lobby/waiting room, the environment was clean, there was a climbing structure/ cat tree in the exam room and Indigo made herself right at home. I am extremely grateful 🙏🏾 for the wonderful staff at JAH. Thanks to you all I was able to return home with a sense of peace, and a plan to navigate through a wellness plan for Indigo. I brought my baby here after a disappointing visit with Allied Animal Healthcare where I called to schedule a 3yr rabies vaccine only for them to still give her the 1yr and tried to shift blame initially to me. They also didn't weigh my baby or take her temperature. I took her there because I feared she had stones because she was using it more frequently and having accidents in the house. They could feel a knot in her abdomen but wanted me to pay $300 for x-rays before they would do anything. At JAH, the vet could tell from feel that there were stones, she offered x-rays but also an option for a urinalysis, which I chose, that confirmed a uti and stones and I was able to get medicine to treat my baby that day. I know money is needed to run a business but it's refreshing when that's not al

Went to urgent care. Did not help my dog at all. Vet suggested 3 medications. One of them was 4 times as much than normal vet. When that medication was declined and asked for the remaining 2 the vet said no because she didn't want to give partial treatment. It appeared to be a money grab with no concern to my animals comfortability. Do not recommend. First visit no charge. So thankfully didn't have to pay for this nonsense.

The Veterinarian and staff is always helpful and very professional. I take my family member there for all of my pet's needs. Pet physical and wellness exam.
