I was searching for a low-cost clinic to help a very sick kitten. This office was kind enough to fit me in for a same-day appointment. Sadly, her chances of survival were very slim. The staff here were absolutely wonderful. The vet who saw us was kind, patient, and compassionate, and every staff member treated both me and the kitten with genuine care. I truly appreciated that no one pressured me to pour money into a hopeless case, which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other clinics. Situations like that not only break your heart but also make it harder to keep helping animals in need. Thank you all for being her angels today. If I ever find another pet in need of an honest and compassionate prognosis, I know exactly where I’ll be coming. RIP Phoenix 🐦‍🔥

I cannot speak more highly of this vet! They were able to give my pup what he needed for his ear infection, and they were also kind and sweet with him. Safe to say he definitely loves the vet and is excited for his next appointment coming up soon. Affordable, Kind, great communication, and super willing to work with your schedule!

Avoid them if you love your pets, especially your senior ones. My beloved cat went in and I expressed concerns about his heart, they told me he was fine, less than 48 hours later my daughter is taking him to the ER and he is in complete heart failure, his organs were shutting down, and there was nothing more the staff could do. My kids and I are devastated. I told them I was concerned and they brushed him off. Then the audacity of the receptionist today, the absolute audacity to treat me like crap when she called. I am taking my pets somewhere else. They used to be great and I had been going for years, not anymore.

Before writing this review I gave it careful thought and waited a few days to confirm my sentiments. I echo reviewer Summer May: this clinic has gone downhill. My sister took her dog Cocoa 🐾 to the mobile clinics for years. When my sister passed away, my parents and I decided to continue using the clinic and went to the Jax Beach location. On December 22, 2025, we had the appointment. Dr. Trujillo did everything in her power to NOT come into the room and examine Cocoa 🐾 or talk with us. Her staff was cold and did not check Cocoa 🐾 chart before or during the visit. Missteps that were made: 1. No one checked for a microchip. This is basic pet care and is necessary to ensure/confirm the rightful owner of a pet, that the chip is still working, and to update contact information if needed. I had

My family dog of over 10 years has been struggling lately and clearly in pain. We had just gone through this with our other dog less than a year ago and had a good experience with their other office. When we arrived to the beach location, the receptionist and vet tech were polite and helpful. Once the vet was brought in, she did an exam and determined that he was in fact in lots of pain but that he may have some more time with us if we put him on multiple pain medications, extensive blood work, x-rays, specialty doctors appointments, ect. My family is not financially in a spot to do such, but even if we were, making our dog go through all of that with no guarantee of him getting better made us hesitant and we expressed this to the vet. In response, she shamed us for even considering to put
