It’s a Dog’s World Mobile Grooming

Went through the 30-40 questions to register my puppy. Then called and scheduled. Spoke to the man directly. Sent out some confirmation texts. I thought they were to let me know the appointment was coming. Get a text today saying appointment was canceled. I called immediately and was told my spot was already filled. Really disappointed in this company. I waited a week to have her groomed. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service. Why would I go through all the questions talk to you directly if I didn’t want the service?That seems pretty confirming if you ask me? Call around I am sure you can find someone who values customer service.

From the secretary that took my call & booked my appointment to the spectacular grooming mobile & Groomer. Five star service. I love these people and their business! My two Yorkies were so happy when I retrieved them, they were not stressed out or traumatized at all! These people are professionals & I’m so grateful for the work they did for me. This business takes zero accountability! I had them come twice. When you spend $125 out the door, you should be able to call if you have questions or concerns! The first time, I was very happy with everything. My senior dog is my ESA. Buster has separation anxiety, and even tho he only has one tooth, he will snap at people he doesn't know. I was able to get in the van with the groomer to comfort him. Buster had a seizer when the dryer came on. It was scary but he did get calmed down and was still doing great. He got a bowtie and looked nice. $105 and a $20 tip is a lot of money for some of us. However, the second appointment was not great. Uneven cut, face not done right, paws very choppy. Also, Buster was handed back to me soaking wet in a wet towel. No bowtie. He was rushed through. I t

Kenzey did a wonderful job on my jack Russell mix. first time for all of us meeting. I'm very pleased and hope to use them for the future

We have two morkies, and never had a problem with Kenzey's work! She doesn't disappoint! We've had issues with other groomers/ stores using the strap around their necks for their haircuts, even though I've told them that Morkies, along with several other small breeds have collapsible tracheas. Kenzey is gentle and listens to how I want their hair done. She's the absolute BEST!!!. Update: We've had other groomers that didn't deliver, so we told the owner- Roger that we wanted NO one else except Kenzey. Roger wrote that in his notes, but sent someone else in Kenzeys place, NO heads-up, no call to ask "maybe this time a different groomer", not a word! Then a different groomer shows up at the door and Roger assumes he's gonna charge us for canceling. No bro, YOU messed up. He informed us t
