Groveport Animal Clinic

Our son got a puppy for Christmas. A few days before the pups arrival I stopped by the office to find out when we should bring the new pup in. The staff was as so friendly and helpful. A few days after being the pup home we had our appointment. This was our 5 y.o. son's first trip to a vet and they made him feel so special. The offices are so clean and well taken care of. They even have a snack and drink bar while you wait. The tech and Dr. rivers was very nice, explaining everything clearly. No surprises. We appreciate the tech in place... The app that is available, the ability to text, and their fast responses. There are a few vets to choose in the area and we are glad we switched things up. Highly recommend.

Went for the first time today with my 2 dogs. Very impressed! My dogs have multiple medical issues so I am an expert to critique!😏 Vet nurse Madeline was awesome! Dr. Evans was Awesome! What i really liked was they listened, and never pressured to add things on or make you feel like a bad dog owner if you did decide not to get something done. They were so kind to my doggos & even put little bandana's on them. One thing that really stuck with me(my pet peeve😁) is they wanted urine & in past expierences i have had is they say we will just do a catheter etc because it is faster, but it is also painful. But nope, Madeline took the dogs out to potty and caught the urine in a tray. No pain, & we have a sample! Might not seem big, but to me it shows they don't go the easy route for them, but the

Blaise and I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. And very informative. I had heard so many negative stories about the first vet appointment. Not so for Blaise!! Nothing but positive and helpful experience on our end! Totally grateful. Thank you so much! We are so fortunate to have you care for us both. :-)

Professional and caring group of doctors. I have experienced two animal clinics i.e. Berwick Animal Clinic where my dogs Bella and Tiffany were not properly diagnosed. I knew something was wrong and questioned them but they kept denying. The clinic weren't equipped. However, this time, I did my research and found Groveport Animal Clinic are equipped to handle every situation in-house.

Dr Perry and Sarah are a great team. I am very comfortable with having them care for Sophie. I feel in control of services recommended and choosing when to have them done. Communication after the visit regarding test results is thorough.
