Isopod Factory

I recently purchased 10 Rubber Ducky Isopods. First off, the seller was very kind with me while I was navigating the shipping. It is very hot in Ohio right now and I did not see shipping fit. I switched from shipping to pick up and the seller was very sweet about it. There is a incredibly detailed shipping policy that I recommend anyone read if they are getting them shipped and the presence of it was greatly appreciated and very helpful. He said he was very happy about me coming to pick up and even gave me 14 instead of 10. His website has very detailed care instructions. My daughter needs some Roly Poly for her AP Biology class before 11:00 AM. I went to this store around 10:00 AM and rang the bell. One lady came outside, and I asked her if I could get some Roly Poly. She told me that she doesn’t work with bugs and that her boss was not there. I requested her to contact her boss to find out when they would return, but she claimed she didn’t have a phone. I then gave her my phone number and asked her to inform me as soon as her boss returned. It’s now 3:00 PM, and I still haven’t received any call. This is very poor customer service. Fortunately, I called a pet supplies store and was able to get what I needed from them. If you need any bugs for educational purposes, you cannot rely on this place.

We were looking for something specific, springtails, and then maybe something a little extra for our bioactive terrarium. Steve not only had what we were looking for there, but had way more than we ever expected to run across! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind in regards to helping us pick the perfect isopods and springtails for our enclosure. If we ever need anymore isopods in the future, this is the first place that we will be going to!!

Wow, what a wonderful experience we had visiting the Isopod Factory! We purchased King Panda isopods online, for pickup in the store. I am SO glad we did because Steve was so kind and knowledgeable. He has an incredible variety of little isopods, all kept with a really impressive attention to detail. He spent time talking with us about the various aspects of keeping these little guys. We live about 45 minutes away from his location, but it was a straight shoot up 75, and a quick few turns off the exit. Bonus: it’s a great exit with a lot of shopping and eating options available. As this hobby of ours takes off, we’ll definitely return to make our next purchase. So much fun! Thanks!
