I didnt realize Grass Valley had an Incredible Pets! What a find. This location has it all. I groom dogs from home and I love to help people find the right food, grooming tool, chew etc... now i can direct them to Incredible Pets

I really needed a hairball remedy for my 10 month old kitten. This was the ONLY shop that answered their phone in person!!!! Every employee was kind and ready to help. I got exactly what I needed and they held it until I could get there the same day!! This was not a one time expetience!!!!! I also bought dog food online for pick up on a different occasion. I accidentally ordered the wrong bag. They were so mind in refunding that bag while getting the correct one. It's not just a business that counts but the hard working employees that make all the difference They are awesome! Also, my kitten wouldn't eat the hairball prevention kibble. The store gladly refunded my money with no qualms. Yay!!!!

Everyone in Grass valley is awesome employees up there. They need more Nulo food for cats though.
