Ila Veterinary Clinic

This place is a hidden gem full of amazing people and a doctor with years of knowledge. Why I didn’t pick this veterinarian when I first moved to the county I’ll never know. I’m really looking forward to having my little poodle cared for by people that have a heart and love for animals instead of just trying to make a quick dollar. Update: Since my review this used to be called Maggie’s Menagerie however they moved to the old Ila elementary school. The entire practice has changed staff. They are absolutely amazing. The clinic is modern and the doctors and staff are the best. They go the extra mile for their patients. I’m so glad I’m a customer of theirs.

After struggling to find the right care back home, I made the decision to fly from NYC to Georgia and drive an additional two hours to reach this clinic. Looking back, it was worth every mile. Dr. Christina and her staff were incredibly welcoming and communicative from the moment I walked in. I was an absolute wreck—super worried about my dog and feeling high levels of anxiety regarding the surgery. I have used Ila Vet for many year's. Sadly I moved away from the area. But when Parvo hit my new place. I quickly contacted them to get the needed medicine for the whole litter. The emergency vet only gave for the puppy that went in. But as anyone knows, the whole litter was exposed. So having the medicine on standby for when the next puppy started. It saved their lives. I could never thank them enough for being a wonderful vet. Again, used them for many years before this. But drove 3 hours each way to get what was needed for my puppies from good vets that care about their clients.

Ila Vet clinic is an awesome vet clinic! Very caring and knowledgeable people! We drive almost an hour because we trust Dr. Halpin and her staff. Would recommend Ila Veterinary clinic to anybody!!
