Wonderful people doing good work. Very skilled and extremely helpful staff. No pressure, no rush and friendly. Honest answers to difficult questions. Hospital clean animals well taken care of and monitored. A super big THANK YOU to all the volunteers.

Nice people, however, I do wish I had been informed about the level of anxiety Darcy had prior to adopting. Pets with anxiety require a much higher level of commitment, time, training & emotional support. I give my all to my animals, but having that info ahead of time would have helped me better prepare and understand what she needed from day 1. Transparency goes a long way for both pets and families.

I adopted a female Siberian husky and named her Zelda, as I have a male cat named Link. She has been such a joy and such a good close companion for everyone in our home including Link! I have been so surprised to see their bond grow. She thinks Link (a tabby cat of 1 year and 5 months) is her alpha! She won’t eat unless Link keeps a lookout (like if he leads the pack) it’s the most bizarre, and amazing behavior I’ve ever witnessed and so quickly!! She loves him he loves her and it’s only been a few days! I’m so happy, I have my dream dog and she loves my whole family :)

I am a newer love-them-and-leave-them (so others can love them forever) foster and have been so incredibly impressed with everything I’ve experienced as a foster. The thoughtfulness, professionalism, and commitment to compassionate excellence here is evident in everyone I’ve engaged with. During one pickup I saw a staff member go into a room with a dog and just lay with the dog for cuddles. I just love knowing they’re cared for and loved. My last foster went from terrified and trembling in her cage to belly cuddles in 7 days but during the process they even checked in with me to see how things are going❣️ I’m grateful to be a part of an incredible service & organization! 🙏🏼 P.S. to whomever adopted Chiquita, she LOVES matcha! 🍵 ☺️

We adopted our sweet Joaquin from here, and even though his life was far too short, he fought through FIP (twice) with so much love and support behind him. This place did absolutely everything to give him the best life possible, and we are forever grateful. We feel so lucky to have had them by our side, and by his. All the way until the very end. They are compassionate, caring, involved and incredibly steadfast with their care. 🩵🪽🐾 Thank you for all that you do, and will continue to do!
